DC48 Automated sample preparation

The DC48 supports the automaton of liquid handling. With built-in barcode scanning, automatic
addition of Proteinase K or internal standard, and setup of PCR reagents, the DC48 can be tailored to
your specific needs.
The 10.1’’ touch screen allows easy setup of programs and monitoring of the process in real time.
The high-precision robotic arm controls the uncapping and recapping of your sample tubes. The
DC48 includes several features to prevent cross-contamination, including only having one open
sample tube at a time, a mobile drip tray following the robotic arm, a replaceable HEPA filter, and
UV-disinfection lamps. The HEPA filters and UV disinfection are also key features in improving the
biological safety of the operator.
