Our BaseTyper™ 48.4 Quiet HRM Real-Time PCR System comes with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. With its manageable and portable dimensions of 40 x 26 x 26 cm, and only 11 kg, it has been specially designed to support the needs of laboratories where space and flexibility matter, or for use in field testing in point-of-care laboratories.
The BaseTyper™ 48.4 Real-Time PCR instrument can meet all your needs in quantitative analysis, genotyping, and much more. It is intended for performing Real-Time PCR by converting nucleic acid signals from DNA-binding fluorescent dyes or labelled probes to comparative quantitative readouts of DNA or reverse-transcribed RNA. The BaseTyper™ 48 Real-Time PCR instrument is validated for use with PentBase’s IVD assays, including our novel CoviDetect™ COVID-19 RT-qPCR Multiplex assay, and it can also be adjusted for use with other assays to cover your specific analysis needs.
